You may call this laziness, I call it being pregnant and chasing after two 2 year olds. I just don't have any energy by the end of the days. I hate that I'm not doing a better job, but we are all just going to have to deal. I really need to take pictures of our new home to post but I want the house clean before I do it, but after I clean I don't feel like taking any pictures. I know, excuses excuses.
Anyway, we are loving our new home and settling in very nicely. It is hard to believe we have been here a month now. I finally got some curtains made this weekend for the kitchen/breakfast room and I think our bedroom is next. I'm just not quite sure what to do.
Right before Labor Day weekend, I realized that I was 25 weeks pregnant and we didn't have any furniture for baby girl. So that Saturday we loaded up the boys and got some furniture for their sister. I am SO excited about it. It is off white and very girlish!!! They told us it would take 4-8 weeks to come in, so I was very thankful we went ahead and ordered it when we did so we would at least have it before she got here. Well, they called this past week, and it is in! So now Garrett just has to go and get it!!!! Poor Kate, the boys' room was totally done by this time in my pregnancy. I guess this is what happens to the third child. Here is a picture of what her crib looks like!

On Sunday of that same weekend, we felt like we hadn't spent enough money for not only the weekend but the entire month. So we headed to the Toyota dealership and bought ourselves a swagger wagon. That's right! We now own a 2011 Sienna. Don't judge me! I never thought this day would come, but at least it doesn't look like the navy one with wood trim like my mom had in the good ole' days. It is amazing how convenient the doors opening on their own truly is and the boys can climb in and out so easily. I really do love it. NEVER did I think I would say that I love a minivan, but it is true. NEVER did I think I would ever have 3 kids, but God has different plans doesn't He? Thank goodness too, I think He knows better than us.

I need to learn not to use the word 'never' anymore. A few months ago I took the boys to see Winnie the Pooh and it was a total disaster. I said I would never take them again for another year or two. Well, never came sooner than expected. When I found out that The Lion King was coming to theaters for only 2 weeks, I had to go. I knew the boys would love it with all the animals and singing. I was right! This time Garrett went with us to catch the 11am show on Saturday morning. The boys did so great! They started to get restless the last 20 minutes, but we had almost an entire row to ourselves, so they were able to wonder around. The key this time was LOTS of food. Of course we got popcorn but I came with lots of backups as well. I was so proud of the boys. They did awesome and I was so excited to see one of my favorite movies!
We put both boys in the same chair this time to help weigh it down.
They are all looking a little bug-eyed as the flash went off in the dark theater.
Lastly, to say that the boys, especially Jack, are obsessed with mowing is quite the understatement. If we see or hear mowers anywhere we go we must hunt them down and watch for a little while. Jack talks about Daddy's mower all the time and 'parks' his mower in the garage next to Garrett's. On Saturday, Garrett decided to mow and so the boys had to join him. These are just the cutest pictures. The boys have been quite attached to me lately but now they are loving their Daddy. It melts my heart. Jack talks about Daddy all day long.
